Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field with 5+ years of primary packaging/product/medical device development.
• Hands-on experience with primary packaging development for parenteral products and knowledge of GMP environments.
• Experience in requirements engineering, safety risk management, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration with suppliers, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop primary packaging systems for parenteral products (cartridge) that are robust, compliant, and fit for purpose.
• Translate regulatory and quality expectations into practical development activities, ensuring deliverables meet applicable requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including specifications, drawings, test documentation, and safety risk management documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to align technical requirements, testing activities, and project deliverables.
• Drive change requests, support structured problem-solving activities, and contribute to risk identification and mitigation throughout the product lifecycle.
