Job summary

Nordic Solar seeks a senior, commercially driven PPA & Origination specialist to build and lead our power offtake strategy across Europe. Based in our headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark, you will own origination, close deals, and shape our commercial approach for a hybrid solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Asset Management and Energy Trading, you will lead deal ownership, coordinate with legal, finance, and development, and influence senior

Qualifications

• 7+ years of energy origination, trading, or PPA structuring experience.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value PPAs in European markets.
• Experience negotiating complex agreements; hybrid PPAs advantageous.
• Strong understanding of European power markets and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain a pipeline of active PPA opportunities across Europe.
• Originate and execute power offtake agreements from initial terms to signed contracts.
• Lead commercial negotiations with off-takers and counterparties.
• Coordinate cross-functional deal teams with legal, finance, and development.
