Job summary

Lunar is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Cards team, based in Stockholm, Aarhus, or Copenhagen, reporting to the Product Director. You will own the Cards & TopUps roadmap end to end, defining features, prioritizing the backlog, and collaborating with commercial, risk, and compliance to bring card propositions to the Nordics.

You will use customer data to drive value, track how users interact with what you ship, and iterate quickly to improve engagement, security, and rewards.

Qualifications

• PM with cards/payments or regulated fintech product.
• Track record of shipping product improvements that moved metrics.
• Experience working with engineering on technical products.
• Strong stakeholder management aligning commercial, risk and compliance.
• Structured, data-informed prioritization with fast execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the Cards & TopUps product roadmap end to end, from discovery through launch.
• Define and prioritize features that make card payments simpler, more secure, and more rewarding to use.
• Use customer insight and data to decide where Cards can create the most value, and turn that into a clear, prioritized backlog.
• Partner with commercial, risk, and compliance teams to bring new card propositions to market across the Nordics.
• Drive outcome oriented roadmap execution together with all relevant stakeholders.
• Track how customers actually use what you ship, and iterate quickly based on what you learn.
