Job summary

Veo is a global leader in AI-based sports camera technology, operating across AWS, GCP, and on-prem. We are building a Security Enablement Team to own platform security, identity, and network security, enabling engineers to ship secure systems by default.

You will join the most senior engineer on the team, defining security patterns, and delivering paved roads for secure pipelines and auditable governance. You will mentor others and shape multi-environment security posture.

Qualifications

• Production infrastructure and security experience.
• Deep in one area and ready to grow in another.
• Experience with multi-cloud and on-prem deployments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build paved roads for image scanning, SBOM generation, and CVE response.
• Lead design, reviews, and tooling for a unified internal network and VPN across cloud providers and offices.
• Collaborate with auth service maintainers on identity and access, including MFA rollout.
• Make workload identity the paved road for CI/CD using OIDC.
• Build audit logging as a shared capability.
• Turn GRC controls into technical implementations with auditable pipelines.
• Own contracting for external penetration tests and intake system.
• Run handoffs with runbooks, owners, escalation, and office hours.
• Mentor team and raise security bar.
