Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Senior Packaging Compliance Analyst to evaluate and manage Packaging Change Requests and assist with artwork approvals. You will review regulatory completeness, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure changes meet required standards.

The role sits in Packaging Change Management, offering ownership of key processes and opportunities to lead complex cases and drive improvements in a collaborative, informal culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulated processes, documentation, change control, packaging operations or quality/regulatory activities; experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to learn structured workflows and work with IT systems and databases; SAP and RIMS experience is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills and a collaborative approach with ability to prioritize under changing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and administer PCRs in SAP and support final technical approval of packaging artwork.
• Review regulatory completeness and quality of requests; coordinate clarifications with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and compliant implementation of packaging changes so medicines remain available to patients.
