Job summary

Ørsted is seeking a proactive procurement leader to drive sourcing for jack-up vessel charter parties and offshore services. You will manage supplier engagement, negotiations and contract management while collaborating with stakeholders across markets.

You’ll apply total cost of ownership analysis, market insight and strategic thinking to optimise procurement decisions and outcomes. The role is hybrid, based in Denmark, with global cross-market exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, negotiations and strategy within vessel chartering and offshore services.
• Familiarity with BIMCO Supply Time, service agreements and FIDIC is preferred.
• Strong commercial understanding including cost drivers and supplier market dynamics.
• Ability to translate business impacts into procurement requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities (incl. sourcing strategy) for jack-up vessel charter parties.
• Lead sourcing activities for service agreements that support offshore works and heavy lift equipment.
• Manage supplier engagement, negotiations and commercial discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply contract management practices throughout sourcing and procurement activities.
• Use market insight, business case analysis and total cost of ownership thinking for procurement decisions.
• Drive initiatives to improve ways of working and strengthen sourcing outcomes.
