Job summary

SummitLogic in Randers, Denmark, is seeking a Senior Network and Systems Administrator to manage and secure our IT infrastructure. You will design, implement, and maintain network and server environments, and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.

The ideal candidate has a bachelors in IT, 5+ years in network or systems administration, and hands-on experience with Windows servers, AD, Exchange, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and security best practices.

Qualifications

• ≥5 years of experience as a Network or Systems Administrator.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS, and network services.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Install and configure servers including operating systems, applications, and security patches.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and backups.
• Ensure data integrity by implementing regular backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement security measures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to improve network infrastructure.
