Job summary

IMPACT Commerce Portugal seeks a Senior .NET Developer to lead the development of large e-commerce projects, turning designs into working deliverables and translating business needs into technical concepts.

You will work with .NET, Azure, and C#, collaborating across the group to deliver high-quality, scalable commerce solutions. A strong emphasis is on modern architectures and best practices, with remote work available.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience developing web-based applications.
At least 3 years with .NET and .NET Core frameworks.
Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure.
Knowledge of MACH Architecture (Microservices, API first, Cloud Native, Headless).
Excellent knowledge of the C# language.
Experience in e-commerce projects and/or agency/consultancy.
Experience with Git, GitLab, and JIRA.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain complex e-commerce solutions using .NET and Azure.
Analyse client requests and adapt technical solutions.
Participate in client meetings to clarify questions.
Collaborate with the delivery and engineering teams to define and evaluate solutions.
Collaborate cross-team and cross-platforms to share knowledge and solve problems.
Establish and promote best practices for high-quality applications.
Work with the delivery and engineering team to ensure solutions meet quality and performance standards.
Lead and mentor junior team members as needed.
Set technical directions and ensure developmental progress for the organization.
