Job summary

If Forsikring is seeking a Senior .NET & Azure Developer to drive end-to-end HR data integrations and enterprise system connectivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to streamline development, enhance reliability, and secure sensitive employee data across Nordic HR domains.

You will design integrations between HR systems and payroll, manage data transformation, and lead architectural decisions while overseeing Azure configurations and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Science, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience developing solutions with C#, .NET, Azure, Data integration (e.g. SSIS or similar).
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, automation), Microsoft server environments and Azure services.
• Strong experience designing and implementing robust system integrations and API-based communication in enterprise environments.
• Experience in agile ways of working.
• Proven ability to manage the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience in HR systems, payroll, or employee data integrations is highly meritorious, including handling sensitive data.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end integrations between HR systems, payroll platforms, and related applications.
• Handle data loading, transformation, validation, aggregation, and output.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and secure handling of sensitive employee data.
• Manage data flows and system integrations in Azure environments.
• Drive technical solutions and architectural decisions.
• Manage Azure configurations, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Operate at a senior level with autonomy and contribute to technical direction.
