Job summary

Columbus is hiring a Senior Medius Business Consultant to help customers transform and optimize finance processes using Medius AP Automation. You will own engagements, lead implementations, and advise customers from discovery to go-live while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a Nordic setting.

Based in Denmark or hybrid, you will work with clients across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, applying deep AP automation know-how to deliver measurable business value and drive digital finance

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and configuring Medius or similar AP automation solutions.
• 5+ years in Business Consulting, Finance Transformation, AP Automation or ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of M3 and/or D365 is a plus.
• Experience integrating AP automation with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Infor M3 or Business Central.
• Stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Swedish, Danish or Norwegian.
• Valid driver’s license for travel to customers.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on optimizing and automating AP and finance processes.
• Leading workshops and translating requirements into scalable solutions.
• Managing projects from design to go-live and integration with ERP systems.
• Configuring Medius solutions with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Acting as trusted advisor to drive best-practice adoption in AP automation.
• Supporting testing, training, and go-live activities to ensure adoption.
