Job summary

Columbus is seeking an Associate Medius Business Consultant to help customers optimize finance and AP processes using Medius AP Automation. You will collaborate with experienced consultants to design and implement solutions, gaining hands-on experience with ERP integrations and customer-facing delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance or Accounts Payable.
• Bachelor's or master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field is advantageous.
• Experience with Medius AP Automation and ERP systems such as M3, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or similar.
• Fluent in English; Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian language skills are a plus.
• A valid driver’s license is required for travel to customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers optimize Accounts Payable and finance processes with Medius AP Automation.
• Participate in workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Engage in solution design, planning and implementation with Medius on M3 or Dynamics 365.
• Assist with configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities with customers and project teams.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants to understand customer needs and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Develop knowledge of AP Automation, Medius, and ERP integrations while growing consulting capabilities.
