Job summary

UTM Consultants Ltd in Gentofte, Denmark seeks a highly experienced Measurement Engineer to lead technical delivery of measurement assets and campaigns across wind energy projects. The role combines deep technical know-how with coordination and project leadership.

You will act as the focal point for selected assets, coordinate SMEs, manage suppliers, and drive planning throughout the asset lifecycle. Travel is limited.

• Contribute to technical standards, ways of working and capability development
• Mentor junior engineers and support development of internal competencies
• Provide expert support during critical project phases and troubleshooting activities

UTM Consultants are looking for a highly experienced Measurement Engineer to lead technical delivery of measurement assets and campaigns across renewable energy projects.

The role combines deep technical expertise with coordination and project leadership responsibilities. Acting as the primary focal point for selected measurement assets, the specialist will coordinate subject matter experts, manage suppliers, drive planning activities and ensure successful delivery throughout the asset lifecycle.

Travel is expected to be limited, with occasional visits for supplier onboarding, critical testing and commissioning activities.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience within wind measurement technologies, preferably including lidar systems, and is comfortable operating across multiple measurement disciplines. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring for both internal team members and external consultants.

Requirements

Consultant should preferably work from the office in Gentofte since the rest of the team works from there.

GWO courses are preferred.
