Job summary

Globant's GUT Copenhagen unit seeks a Senior Marketing Project Manager to guide digital campaigns and products from concept to delivery. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client expectations, and ensure projects meet strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.

This onsite/Hybrid role in Copenhagen offers opportunities to shape digital transformation leveraging AI and creativity, while growing leadership within the team and contributing to proposals for major healthcare and pharma

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a digital agency or digital marketing team.
• Proven track record leading large-scale digital projects across channels (web, campaigns, email, video, apps, social).
• Experience managing budgets of $1M+ and protecting margins.
• Ability to spot opportunities with existing clients and contribute to proposals.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with client-expectation management.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from kick-off to deployment.
• Own project financials end-to-end with margins, budgets, and forecasts.
• Keep timelines, status reports, and cross-team alignment up to date.
• Contribute to brainstorming, concepting, and new business pitches.
• Support the PM team with best practices and process improvements.

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager who dares to think differently and trusts their gut. You'll play a key role in crafting ideas that move culture and drive business, blending creativity, media, and AI to make an impact that lasts. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, creativity, and people: organized, calm under pressure, and as comfortable in a client meeting as in a busy project board with a hundred moving pieces.

What will help you succeed:

• Min. 3-5 years of project management experience within a digital agency or digital marketing team, ideally in the healthcare / pharma industry.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, strategic digital projects across channels, including websites, marketing campaigns, email, video production, apps, and social media, with budgets of $1M+.
• Strong command of project financials: estimation, budget tracking, forecasting, and protecting margins.
• Ability to spot new opportunities within existing clients and contribute to proposals and statements of work.
• Creative and strategic problem-solving skills, with a proactive, organized "do-er" and "planner" mindset and sharp attention to detail.
• Feeling comfortable collaborating with multi-disciplinary creative teams and managing internal, third-party, and client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client expectations, flag risks early, and explain complex digital solutions simply and engagingly.
• Desire to grow professionally and take on leadership within the team, including guiding more junior project managers.
• Eagerness to learn GUT Copenhagen's strategic positioning and apply it directly to project execution.
• Interest in keeping an eye on the industry, from agency news to competitor brands, in media and advertising.

You will get the chance to:

• Join the CPH project management team and report to the team lead, acting as day-to-day senior project manager.
• Lead projects through their full lifecycle, from kick-off to deployment: running internal and client meetings, managing client expectations (and working to exceed them), and ensuring deliverables meet strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Own project financials end-to-end, maintaining target margins, tracking budgets, and providing accurate forecasting.
• Track open items, keep status reports and timelines up to date, and keep all teams aligned and informed.
• Engage directly in creative and strategic brainstorming during concepting, kick-offs, and new business pitches, and help prepare new business presentations.
• Support the wider PM team by sharing best practices and helping shape how we work.
• Help us build digital products people love, bringing businesses and consumers together through AI and creativity to drive digital transformation that makes a real impact.

This job can be filled onsite in Copenhagen and is Hybrid (The position is onsite 3 days a week).
