Miro is seeking a Senior Manager of Application Security to define their application security strategy in alignment with industry-leading frameworks. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team focused on embedding security throughout the product lifecycle and driving integration with AI development tools.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in application security and a strong background in managing security teams, along with a commitment to fostering developer engagement and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software, application, or product security.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or management position.
• Extensive experience with threat modeling methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience running Security Champions programs.
• Experience leading offensive security programs like penetration testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed team of security engineers.
• Embed security into all phases of the product lifecycle.
• Shape and evolve Secure SDLC practices integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee bug bounty and third-party testing programs.
• Guide secure adoption of AI-augmented software development tools.

Skills

Experience in software, application, or product security
