As Senior Manager, Global eCommerce – Interim, you will for 9 months play a central role in defining and delivering our global omnichannel strategy, leading initiatives across customer service capabilities, AI-driven experiences, and expansion into new markets.

Reporting to the Senior Director, eCommerce Experience, you will lead a team of four and work closely with stakeholders across Digital & Technology, Retail Operations, Customer Service, and regional teams to deliver scalable solutions that drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and commercial growth.

As our Senior Manager, Global eCommerce, you will own the global roadmap for omnichannel services, customer service capabilities, AI initiatives, and new market expansion. You will act as a Center of Excellence and subject matter expert, ensuring Pandora continues to deliver connected and consistent customer experiences across digital and retail channels.

You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, translating business objectives into scalable solutions while balancing customer needs, technical possibilities, and commercial priorities.

Key responsibilities

Define and drive the global strategy and roadmap for omnichannel services, customer service capabilities, AI initiatives, and market expansion.

Own prioritization, business cases, investment planning, and budget management for key initiatives.

Deliver scalable customer experiences that seamlessly connect digital and physical retail touchpoints.

Establish and maintain global governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.

Partner with Digital & Technology, Retail Operations, Customer Service, and regional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption across markets.

Drive continuous improvement through data, customer insights, performance tracking, and KPI management.

Balance customer expectations, commercial objectives, technical constraints, and operational requirements to deliver impactful solutions.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of four specialists while building long-term organizational capabilities.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and leadership teams on omnichannel and customer experience topics.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Significant experience within eCommerce, omnichannel, digital commerce, customer experience, or related fields.

Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Demonstrated success delivering large-scale global initiatives with measurable customer and commercial impact.

Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes across global organizations.

Proven ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps, translating vision into measurable business outcomes.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with experience engaging and aligning senior leaders across global functions.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities, leveraging KPIs and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Ability to balance customer needs, commercial priorities, operational requirements, and technical considerations while leading innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

Experience working within a global retail or consumer-facing organization.

Exposure to AI-enabled customer experience solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of GDPR, PCI, and payment security standards.

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and related project management and reporting tools.

Additional European language skills are considered an advantage.
