Job summary

LEO Pharma GmbH in Denmark seeks a Senior Manager for Device and Packaging to lead strategy, development, qualification, and lifecycle management of drug-device products and packaging.

You will provide technical leadership across development, commercialization, tech transfer, launches, and post-approval changes, ensuring compliance with global regulatory, quality, GMP, and design controls while guiding resource planning and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in pharma, biotech, medical devices or combination products.
• Strong regulatory, quality, GMP, and design control knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage drug-device development from development to life-cycle changes.
• Experience with resource planning, budgeting, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical SMEs across on-site and remote locations.
• Provide technical leadership for device components, container closure, and packaging configurations.
• Support product development, launches, tech transfers, and post-approval changes.
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory on design control, risk management, and submissions.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, templates, standards, and practices.
