Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S, based in Copenhagen, seeks an experienced consumer marketing professional to set the strategic direction for patient activation and consumer marketing across BA West. You will translate priorities and insights into activation plans and ensure strong execution across 11 European markets.

You will collaborate with local teams and regional/global stakeholders to develop integrated campaigns, measure ROI, and scale successful approaches across markets.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of commercial marketing experience.
• Strong experience within B2C/consumer marketing, patient activation and engagement.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing consumer strategies across digital and traditional channels.

Responsibilities

• Developing and driving patient activation and consumer marketing strategies across BA West.
• Developing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including media and partnerships.
• Supporting affiliates in translating strategic direction into effective local execution.
• Leveraging consumer insights, segmentation, targeting and behavioural data to strengthen campaign effectiveness.
• Establishing relevant performance measures and using ROI to optimize activities.
• Driving a test-and-learn approach and sharing best practices across markets.
