Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Måløv is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a newly established team of 23 scientists, specialists and technicians. You will set direction, unite the group and ensure high-quality analytical results for product development and manufacturing.

You will report to the Director of Analytical Characterisation and collaborate across R&D, CMC and GMS to drive strategy and delivery. A master’s degree and leadership experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry or related field.
• At least three years of experience leading highly scientific or technical teams in pharmaceutical development or manufacturing.
• Ability to develop people, build collaboration and deliver results through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and unite a team of 23 scientists, specialists and technicians.
• Prioritise analytical work and ensure timely, reliable reporting for customers.
• Set measurable goals and translate strategy into practical plans for the team.
• Support development of analytical methods and improve ways of working.
• Drive initiatives that support GMS and CMC strategy and build capacity for future pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers for product development and regulatory submissions.
