Job summary

KMD søger en erfaren Senior Legal Counsel med stærke kompetencer inden for IT-kontrakter til Regulatory Compliance-teamet. Rollen kræver selvstændig udarbejdelse, gennemgang og forhandling af leverandørkontrakter samt rådgivning om kontraktvilkår og regulatoriske krav.

Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med indkøb og andre forretningsenheder og bidrage til at sikre overensstemmelse mellem kontraktlige vilkår og GDPR, AI-forordningen og NIS2. Placering er på KMD’s hovedkontor i Ballerup.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of professional experience after completing degree.
Experience with IT contracts, data protection law and regulatory requirements.
Ability to handle complex contract processes and provide business-oriented advice.

Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers including SaaS, software licenses and outsourcing.
Drive contract processes independently and manage negotiations with suppliers together with Procurement.
Provide ongoing legal advice on contract management, interpretations and changes during contracts’ lifetimes.
Advise on data protection aspects (GDPR and data processor agreements) in supplier contracts and contribute to digital regulation work (AI Act, NIS2).
Collaborate with other legal teams on cross-functional contractual issues related to customer and supplier agreements.
