Job summary

Impact Fund Denmark seeks a Senior Information Security Specialist to strengthen and lead our information security program on a global mission. You will drive risk management, regulatory compliance, and security awareness across the organization, partnering with the Technology team and senior leadership.

You will shape security controls, monitor effectiveness, and ensure we stay ahead of evolving threats while supporting business goals in developing countries and across the globe.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cyber and information security changes or projects in finance or similar sectors.
• Knowledge of ISO27001/2, DORA and related regulatory requirements.
• Experience with information security management, risk assessment and executive reporting.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 security tools and security monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Threat and data management, identifying critical security risks and proactive protection.
• Conduct risk assessments and report findings to executive stakeholders.
• Implement security controls and monitor their effectiveness against evolving threats.
• Educate and train employees to promote a security-aware culture.
