Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in core infrastructure services.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale hybrid/cloud solutions.
• Strong collaboration with client and internal teams to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, cost-effective infrastructure solutions for the assigned account.
• Serve as primary contact for all infrastructure matters for the client with innovative and reliable solutions.
• Drive infrastructure evolution to meet growing client needs using new technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Provide strategic infrastructure planning, roadmaps, and guidance to enhance operational efficiency and security.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and cost reduction in the client’s infrastructure environment.
• Develop and deliver proactive service offerings aligning with business goals.
• Lead architecture reviews ensuring security and compliance.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements for reliability and cost management.
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor on infra matters.
• Stay current with emerging infrastructure trends and technologies.
