Job summary

Ørsted A/S is seeking a dedicated Insurance professional based in Gentofte to manage local Danish insurance arrangements and coordinate global employee-related programmes. You will handle renewals, tenders, and daily inquiries while collaborating with insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure proper coverage and risk management.

The role supports insurance for power generation, pipeline, and storage operations, and involves coordinating tech tasks to improve the insurance management

Qualifications

• Experience with corporate insurance, insurance broking, or a related risk role.
• Understand employee-related insurance programmes and property insurance.
• Can manage renewals, tenders, enquiries, and documentation with accuracy.
• Clear written and spoken English for an international environment.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SAP and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a changing setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage local Danish insurance arrangements, including motor, workers' comp, and accident insurance.
• Coordinate global employee-related insurance for international assignments and travel.
• Handle daily enquiries, renewals, and tenders with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support insurance activities for power generation, pipeline, and storage ops and communicate with the business.
• Coordinate insurance-related technology tasks and contribute to system improvements.
• Lead or contribute to projects, prepare documents and maintain admin controls.
