Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• Proven ability to conduct complex analyses of retaining structures and foundations.
• Knowledge of Python to solve technical problems.
• Fluent English; Danish skills are beneficial but not essential.
• Good written and oral communication and collaboration across teams.
• Understanding of commercial controls to deliver work aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide geotechnical design and advice to a multi-disciplinary project team for infrastructure schemes.
• Plan and conduct analyses of geotechnical structures using proprietary tools.
• Guide less experienced engineers in analysis and design.
• Develop new ideas or approaches to ground engineering challenges.
• Engage in R&D to enable sustainable solutions and new offerings.
• Support marketing and business development to secure projects.
