Job summary

ZeroNorth in Copenhagen is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for our Voyage Optimisation team. You’ll own the customer-facing aspects of voyage planning, from initial plan to live monitoring, working with weather, routing, fuel, and compliance data inside Propel.

You’ll ship end-to-end solutions, partner with product managers and designers to scope work, and focus on outcomes that matter for customers and the business, not just code. Hybrid work and HQ presence in Copenhagen are supported.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals across the stack, with emphasis on design, data modeling, testing, and debugging.
• Proven track record of shipping features/products from idea to production and beyond.
• Ownership mindset: drive ambiguous problems to resolution and validate outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Build across the stack: backend services, integrations, and frontend used daily by customers.
• Deliver with product: partner with PM and designer to scope and prioritise work.
• Own outcomes, not tickets: ensure the fix delivers real customer value.
