Your new roleAs a full-stack developer for NN Planner, you will help shape, develop, and drive the implementation of digital solutions in Planning Solutions, ultimately addressing some of the biggest business opportunities we have at Novo Nordisk. You will join a small agile team that develops Novo Nordisk’s workforce planning solution, focused on improving efficiency across production, QA, QC laboratories, warehouses, and other functions. We do this using a tech stack consisting of AWS services, a containerised Python backend and a frontend web application using React/TypeScript. Our application has more than 4,000 users and we expect our user base to double within the coming years.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in both React/TypeScript and Python, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and is eager to shape the current and future NN Planner - someone who can discuss long-term architectural strategy in the morning and spend the afternoon improving a Python service, designing a PostgreSQL migration strategy, or reviewing a complex pull request.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
