Job summary

RDT is seeking a Senior Front-end Software Engineer in Copenhagen to strengthen development capacity for critical applications used across the organisation. The role focuses on building robust, scalable Angular front-end solutions with offline-first capabilities that work reliably online and offline.

The successful candidate will contribute to improving usability and performance while supporting transitions from auditors’ tools to technicians’ and operators’ workflows.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong front-end development experience with Angular.
• Experience designing, developing and deploying production-grade applications.
• Experience with offline-first applications and data synchronization between offline and online states.
• Experience with iOS or mobile application deployment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps / Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy modern front-end applications using Angular.
• Contribute to improvements that enhance usability, performance and user satisfaction.
• Develop solutions for both desktop and mobile users.
• Work with mobile application architecture and offline-first patterns.
• Design and implement reliable synchronization between offline and online data.
• Handle data conflicts and ensure consistency when reconnecting.
• Contribute to mobile deployment, including iOS environments.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners and stakeholders.
• Participate throughout the development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Help establish scalable and maintainable development practices within the team.
