Job summary

NOVO NORDISK A/S is seeking an Advanced Research Scientist for CMC DP Development in Måløv. You will lead formulation studies for injectable drug products and collaborate across DP Development and CMC teams to move candidates through I–III trials.

The role emphasizes analytical development, documentation, and cross-functional support, with a focus on peptides, proteins, antibodies and minibinders. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering or another relevant natural science field.
• At least 3 years of experience within research and development and drug product development across phase I–III.
• Hands-on experience with injectable protein, peptide, antibody or minibinder formulation and stability studies.
• Experience with phase-appropriate quality expectations and documentation

Responsibilities

• Design, interpret and report formulation studies that support the development of injectable drug products.
• Plan and execute studies in close collaboration with scientists, laboratory technicians and specialists.
• Contribute to documentation for clinical trial applications and patent submissions.
• Share formulation knowledge and insights that support development decisions across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Novo value chain.
