Job summary

Novo Advanced Research Scientist in DP Development applies formulation expertise to develop stable, robust injectable products across peptides, proteins, antibodies and minibinders within our DP Development portfolio.

You will own formulation activities from early development through late clinical stages, helping identify challenges, contribute to clinical trial and patent documentation, and collaborate across Global Research, Regulatory Affairs, QA, Analytical Development and Global

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering or related natural science field.
• At least 3 years of experience in research and development and drug product development (I–III).
• Hands‑on formulation and stability studies for injectable proteins/peptides/antibodies.

Responsibilities

• Design, interpret and report formulation studies supporting injectable drug products.
• Plan and execute studies in collaboration with scientists and technicians.
• Contribute to documentation for clinical trials and patents.
• Share formulation knowledge to support development decisions across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Novo value chain.
