Job summary

EY in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager to join our Forensic & Integrity Services practice in Denmark. You will work with clients across industries, supporting investigations, compliance reviews, risk assessments, and other forensic engagements.

The role requires curiosity, analytical thinking and integrity in a fast-paced environment. You will lead or support investigations into suspected fraud and misconduct, review financial records, conduct forensic analyses,

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience within forensic services, audit, investigations, compliance, risk management, internal controls, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
• Professional proficiency in both Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support investigations into suspected fraud, misconduct, conflicts of interest, corruption, and other integrity concerns.
• Review financial records, transactions, contracts, electronic communications, and other relevant documentation.
• Conduct forensic analyses to identify patterns, anomalies, and key facts.
• Support whistleblower investigations and other sensitive fact-finding assignments.
• Assess ethics, compliance, governance, and internal control frameworks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
• Coach and support junior team members while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
