Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Finance Controller for Denmark to ensure accurate IFRS and statutory reporting, oversee audits, and manage treasury and tax processes. You will drive process improvements and work with shared services to uphold reporting quality across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years in financial controlling, with strong analytical skills and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial controlling.
• Experience with statutory reporting.
• Experience managing audits and tax reporting.
• Strong analytical skills including profitability analysis across a full P&L.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools; SAP experience preferred.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee period close and IFRS/group reporting alignment.
• Manage internal/external audits and treasury activities.
• Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Shared Service centers and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and IT system upgrades.
