Job summary

University of Southern Denmark seeks an experienced research adviser to lead EU and international funding initiatives. From 1 December 2026, you will translate policy and programme developments into strategic action, guiding researchers and projects toward stronger impact and funding success.

Qualifications

• Solid experience of EU or international funding, research development or research support.
• Good knowledge of Horizon Europe or other major international programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EU/international funding developments and identify opportunities for SDU researchers.
• Translate policy developments into actionable plans and position SDU early in new agendas.
• Provide strategic intelligence and portfolio oversight, and coordinate prioritised initiatives.
