Job summary

Solvexis Consult is seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator / AMK-B to support a pharmaceutical project in Hillerød. The role combines AMK-B coordination with broader EHS duties on a site with contractors and CQV activities.

You will lead safety meetings, maintain the Plan for Safety and Health, conduct site inspections and coordinate interfaces between contractors while reporting to project leadership.

Qualifications

• Danish AMK-B coordination knowledge or equivalent
• Strong on-site safety leadership and coordination
• Stakeholder-management and communication skills
• Fluent in Danish; good English

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling AMK-B coordination responsibilities per Danish requirements
• Coordinate health and safety between multiple contractors/workstreams
• Lead safety meetings and safety walks every two weeks
• Maintain and update the Plan for Safety and Health (PSS) and related docs
• Conduct regular site inspections with a visible EHS presence
• Coordinate safety arrangements and interfaces between contractors
• Address risks from overlapping construction, CQV, commissioning, maintenance and operations
• Follow up on safety observations, incidents and corrective actions
• Support high-risk activities (work at height, scaffolding, electrical work, LOTO, lifting, chemical handling)
• Act as project contact for the Danish Working Environment Authority
• Develop and communicate project EHS standards and safety initiatives
• Collaborate with client EHS, construction management, CQV leadership and contractor HSE teams
