Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a Senior EHS Advisor for sites in Fredericia, Denmark. The role reports to the EHS Manager and Site Managers, overseeing safety, environmental compliance and risk management across projects.

You will develop RAMS, run if assessments, train staff, and ensure contractor safety practices in line with regulations. Key responsibilities include audits, incident investigations, KPI reporting, and coordinating with regional safety teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, through presentations, reports, written and verbal.
• Experience in EHS management and audits is essential.
• NFQ level 8 in Occupational Health & Safety and NFQ level 6 in Environmental Management are required.

Responsibilities

• Reports to EHS Manager and Project Manager.
• Provides EHS guidance and training to management and staff.
• Carries out internal audits and site inspections with corrective actions.
• Prepares project EHS plans, RAMS and inductions.
• Ensures up-to-date EHS plans and RAMS communicated to all relevant parties.
• Sets up site safety files and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Reviews contractor appointments and ensures competent contractors are used.
• Investigates incidents and recommends preventive actions.
• Prepares Monthly KPI reports and safety meeting attendance.
