Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in relevant discipline.
• Health & Safety qualification.
• 5–8 years of experience, including 3+ years in EHS roles and projects.
• Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001.
• Familiarity with local EHS regulations.
• Railway industry experience desirable.
• EHS auditor certification desirable.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with continuous improvement focus.
• Proficiency in computer tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement emergency plans and monitor project-level compliance.
• Oversee EHS risk assessments and define control measures.
• Supervise sub-contractor EHS activities and interface management.
• Coach and assess EHS teams, support staffing and execution.
• Deploy Alstom EHS standards and AZDP/TOPE tools.
• Monitor legal, regulatory and contractual EHS compliance.
• Lead accident prevention, investigations and lessons learned.
• Prepare monthly EHS reports and ensure data quality.
