Job summary

YAVICA seeks a Senior Finance Functional Consultant skilled in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Lead functional areas, gather requirements, and design solutions across core finance functions. Independently manage tasks with client and project resources to drive successful deployments.

You will operate in a hybrid setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders while providing training and ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO).
• Strong ability to conduct requirements gathering and lead solution workshops.
• Ability to document requirements and design gaps/solutions for client scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering and workshops with stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze client requirements and map to product capabilities.
• Provide solution overview training to business users across modules.
• Establish as-is and to-be processes to identify gaps and migration plans.
• Deliver project tasks, support decision making, and manage dependencies across work-streams.
• Participate in Change Requests, RAID, reporting, and communications.
