Capgemini seeks a senior life sciences transformation leader to shape and drive strategic Tech Ops and Manufacturing programs for regulated pharma operations. The role anchors Capgemini’s credibility in quality, compliance, and supply chain, leveraging AI and Agentic AI across engagements.

You will engage senior stakeholders, translate business strategy into compelling solution visions, and lead multi-year transformations with blueprints where none exist yet.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Life Sciences experience or Life Sciences consulting with focus in domain scope.
• Proven track record shaping and supporting large, complex transformation deals.
• Strong credibility with senior business and IT stakeholders in Life Sciences.
• Experience translating strategy into compelling solution visions and architectures.
• Deep expertise in AI and Agentic AI within the domain scope.
• Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and senior executive levels.
• Understanding of regulated environments and compliance expectations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and shape non-blueprint solutions.
