Job summary

Vestas in Aarhus, Denmark, seeks a Senior Director, Supply Chain, Repair & Tools, NCE (m/f/d) to lead regional service supply chain and drive end‑to‑end performance across planning, logistics, and inventory. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Service for Northern and Central Europe and coach a multi‑layer leadership team.

You will own budgets, KPIs, and transformation roadmaps, collaborate with global stakeholders, and balance cost, service levels, and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in supply chain, service operations, logistics, repair, tools, or similar operational environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead other leaders and develop effective teams within complex global organisations.
• Demonstrated track record in delivery performance, cost optimisation, inventory management, and operational excellence.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and executives in a matrix organisation.
• Fluent English communication and negotiation skills.

North & Central Europe is Vestas' largest region globally, and within our Service organisation we are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Director in Service Supply Chain, Repair & Tools. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Service for Northern and Central Europe, you will oversee a vital function responsible for regional delivery performance, cost management, inventory, repair, and tools results. In this senior leadership position, you will become part of the Northern and Central European Service Leadership Team and work closely with highly skilled and motivated business leaders across the region and globally.
