As our Senior Design Coordinator, you'll help enable great product design by creating the structure, processes, and visibility that allow creative teams to thrive.

You’ll work closely with Design and Leadership teams across franchises, coordinating project deliverables, supporting planning activities, and ensuring that information, insights, and assets are available when they’re needed. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and a structured, proactive and agile approach to work
Preferred Qualifications
  • Worked with consumer research, play testing, or user feedback programmes
  • Consolidated and transformed complex information into actionable insights.
  • Improved operational processes, documentation standards, or team workflows

If you’ve worked in a role where you’ve coordinated complex projects, managed information across multiple stakeholders, and supported creative teams through structured processes, you’ll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to combine organisation, communication, and operational excellence to help others do their best work.

Life on the team

You’ll join the LEGO Group’s Design organisation, a large international community of creatives working together to deliver products that inspire children through play. The team values curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine appreciation for the creative process. We work closely across functions, share knowledge openly, and support one another through a hybrid working rhythm that helps us stay connected while accomplishing meaningful work together.

What success looks like

Success in this role means creating meaningful efficiency and value across Design.

You enable designers and creative leaders to spend more time designing and less time navigating processes. You anticipate needs, create clarity in complex environments, and ensure that information, insights, assets, and activities are coordinated efficiently.

You are recognized as a trusted partner who takes ownership, drives progress, improves ways of working, and helps teams collaborate effectively. Through your work, design teams become more focused, informed, and efficient, ultimately supporting stronger products and play experiences for consumers.

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you’re interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
