Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp in Poland is seeking a senior data engineer to own end-to-end data solutions, from requirements to production. You will design data models and pipelines for large-scale needs and translate business problems into robust, maintainable data products.

Based in Gdansk or Warsaw with a hybrid setup, you will collaborate with the Default Management team in SD High Risk and SD C & I, and use Oracle, PL/SQL and DataStage to build scalable platforms that support AI-enabled development.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data engineering and data warehousing for large-scale solutions.
• Ability to design data warehouse solutions focusing on maintainability.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, PL/SQL and DataStage.
• Ability to take ownership from requirements to production.
• Willingness to understand the business domain to translate problems into robust solutions.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, pipeline orchestration and modern data engineering practices.
