Novo Nordisk A/S in Måløv, Denmark, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer & BI Professional to build next-gen data and analytics capabilities for Clinical Supplies. You will design scalable data products on Databricks and shape AI-enabled BI for global trials.

The role supports planning, packing and distribution of clinical trial supplies across 50+ countries. 12-month temporary position with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

Master's degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field.
Professional experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI or data-focused software engineering.
Strong hands-on Databricks experience; Python, PySpark and SQL.
Experience designing scalable data pipelines and data models.
Experience with modern BI and analytics in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable data pipelines, data products and models on Databricks.
Define the future BI architecture and foundation on Databricks.
Drive transition to Databricks-based analytics from Alteryx/Power BI/Tableau.
Translate business needs into scalable BI and analytics solutions.
Explore and implement AI-enabled BI capabilities and self-service analytics.
Contribute to standards across data engineering, BI, governance and development.
