Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Senior Data Engineer - AI & Databricks to shape AI adoption across our global sales teams. You will build and govern a scalable Databricks platform enabling data-driven decisions, with focus on sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and customer insights.

Collaborate across data, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-ready data products that drive business value. You’ll work with Databricks, Unity Catalog, and Generative AI to scale solutions globally in a

Qualifications

Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms, including Unity Catalog and data governance practices.
Strong SQL and Python skills, with hands-on experience building scalable data models and ETL pipelines.
Proven ability to design and manage data platforms enabling analytics or AI use cases in a business environment.

Responsibilities

Own and improve Databricks governance, including Unity Catalog, data access, security, and data quality.
Design and maintain scalable data architecture, ensuring best practices across data models, tables, and pipelines.
Enhance Genie spaces by improving content, entity matching, and answer quality for end users.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enable adoption of data products and AI solutions that support data-driven sales decisions.
Evaluate and implement new Databricks and AI capabilities to improve platform performance and deliver measurable business value.
