Job summary

The role requires substantial experience in cyber security within large organisations, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate risk into practical guidance. Danish language is optional supportively beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in cyber security, information security, IT risk or related disciplines in a large or complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of IT and/or OT and the ability to connect security to business objectives.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001.
• Very good interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the cyber security partner for Research & Development, driving collaboration between your area and other security professionals.
• Provide expert advice on current and future security threats, translating risk into clear priorities for stakeholders to act on.
• Help stakeholders understand cyber risks, available options and appropriate mitigations for informed, risk-based decisions.
• Support cyber security strategies to reflect the realities and objectives of R&D.
• Promote a strong relationship between R&D and Cyber Security, ensuring security is considered early.
