Job summary

BEUMER Group in Aarhus, Denmark, seeks a senior Cyber Security leader to oversee security for industrial software systems used in baggage handling and logistics. You will drive the security program, mentor a small expert team, and partner with product, project IT-infrastructure, and security process groups to deliver secure software across the organization.

You will report to the Global Software Director, align with international standards, and influence security across BEUMER's software

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in software development or cybersecurity.
• At least 2 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with ISA/IEC 62443, EU CRA, NIS2 and ISO27001/2.
• Security certifications (CISSP, CCSK) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of cyber security specialists and drive security across BEUMER's global software team.
• Monitor and implement best practices within Cyber Security for industrial systems.
• Engage with software product and project IT-infrastructure teams; coordinate with Security or Process Improvement groups.
• Communicate Cyber Security strategy, roadmap and best practices across the organization.
