Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior CRAI for Denmark, primarily remote with in-person exceptions. You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits to ensure GCP and regulatory compliance, with up to 75% travel.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or RN, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work across global teams in a sponsor-dedicated setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines
• Willingness to travel up to 75%

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits.
• Ensures regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP compliance.
• Documents activities and supports site recruitment and data capture.
• May train junior CRAs and lead meetings.
