Job summary

Syneos Health Denmark ApS invites applications for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) focused on site qualification, monitoring, and study management in Denmark. The role involves on-site and remote activities to ensure regulatory and protocol compliance while maintaining data integrity and patient safety.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or RN), strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Uses judgment to evaluate site performance and provides recommendations; communicates/escalates serious issues and develops action plans.
• Maintains knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements; follows SOPs.
• Verifies informed consent is obtained and documented; protects subject confidentiality.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of data entered into CRF and supports IP inventory and handling.
