Job summary

DSV A/S is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to shape secure, scalable cloud solutions and hybrid infrastructure used across our global operations. You will lead design, enable DevOps automation, and mentor teams, driving reliable, future-ready cloud estates.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, applications and security experts in an international setting and help foster a culture of learning, ownership and innovation while enabling fast delivery for logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and deploying cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and Terraform; automation experience.
• Experience with Agile methods and collaborating with Jira/Confluence.

About the team

DSV Global IT is building a next-generation cloud estate that supports seamless operations across public and private cloud environments. You will collaborate with infrastructure, application and security teams in an international organisation where priorities develop quickly and your expertise can directly influence how solutions are designed.

Your responsibilities and impact

As Senior Cloud Architect, you will:

• Lead the design, development and optimization of secure, scalable cloud architectures and landing zones
• Partner with infrastructure, application- and security teams to translate business needs into practical cloud solutions
• Define and promote best practices in cloud architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure automation to improve operational excellence
• Strengthen cloud security frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational and industry requirements
• Provide architectural guidance and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and innovation, and helping the cloud team to build knowledge and make consistent technical decisions

What you bring

To thrive and succeed in the role, you have:

• At least five years of relevant experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure and /or GCP
• In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform, and practical experience with modern DevOps practices, ensuring seamless infrastructure automation
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence to drive success
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A collaborative approach and an interest in guiding colleagues and sharing knowledge

You do not need to meet every requirement from day one. What matters is that you bring strong cloud architecture experience, sound technical judgement and the motivation to continue learning.
