Senior Change Leader — Retail Tech Transformation

Job description

Epico is looking for a senior Change Management professional on behalf of a large, international retail organisation undergoing a major retail technology transformation, including the rollout of a Unified Commerce / POS platform across multiple markets and clusters.

In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end change management — from impact assessments and readiness planning to post go‑live adoption and reinforcement. You will work closely with Business Process Owners, an Implementation Specialist, retail technology teams, and market‑level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the end‑to‑end change management strategy across pilot, rollout waves, and hypercare
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments across markets, roles, and functions
• Translate process and system changes into clear, role‑based change activities and communications
• Develop and maintain the Change Management Plan, readiness checklists, and adoption KPIs
• Prepare and deliver stakeholder communications, leadership talking points, and cluster readiness toolkits
• Support and enable local change networks, super users, and market‑level change hubs
• Track adoption, consolidate feedback, and drive post go‑live reinforcement and continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience leading change initiatives for large‑scale retail or POS technology transformations
• Proven multi‑market and multi‑cluster delivery experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills across frontline, operations, and senior leadership
• Hands‑on experience with change impact assessments, readiness tracking, and adoption metrics
• PROSCI / ADKAR (or equivalent) certification preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce Retail Cloud or similar enterprise POS platforms is a plus
• Experience within fashion, luxury, or consumer goods retail environments
• Comfortable working in complex, fast‑paced transformation programmes
• Onshore profile, available to work from Copenhagen
