Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel for data consolidation, analysis and template maintenance, and in PowerPoint for preparing clear decision material.
• Strong communication skills with high proficiency in both oral and written English.
• A proactive, service-minded approach with curiosity and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Basic familiarity with digital tools, including AI tools such as Copilot, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination of recurring planning cycles by helping prepare meeting agendas, timelines, action overviews and other practical enablers.
• Track actions, update overviews and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of leadership activities.
• Assist in preparing clear and well-structured presentations for leadership forums.
• Consolidate input from multiple sources into cohesive material that supports high-quality decisions.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure timely follow-up on actions and deadlines across the team.
