Qualifications

• Leading complex engineering projects as a technical authority across bioprocess development and lifecycle management.
• Integrating process equipment with automation, SCADA, validation, and data integrity.
• Designing and validating filtration systems, including CIP/SIP and contamination control.
• Leading commissioning, qualification, process validation, and technology transfer with GMP context.

Responsibilities

• Lead bioprocess design and optimization for upstream/downstream, purification, bulk formulation, and sterile transfers.
• Shape automation and control strategies for PLC/DCS/SCADA, with alarms and data integrity.
• Provide technical leadership for filtration, including filter selection and validation strategies.
• Review and approve tanks, piping, pumps, valves, and instrumentation; CIP/SIP strategy oversight.
• Deliver projects and tech transfers from concept to handover to operations.
• Strengthen technical standards and support audits and change controls.
