Job summary

Turner & Townsend Digital Europe are seeking a Senior Consultant to implement BIM for clients across Europe, co-manage the BIM team, and oversee project delivery. The role will be based near Fredericia, Denmark, on a Datacenter project, with line management duties and client-facing responsibilities.

The successful candidate will lead BIM execution planning, model assurance, and programme-wide BIM strategy, while developing in-house standards and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant BIM experience.
• Familiar with ISO 19650 and local standards.
• Enthusiastic, proactive self-starter with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in BIM on major projects or portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support BIM implementation on major projects and portfolios.
• Author BIM documents: Asset Information Requirements, Employer Information Requirements, BIM Execution Plans.
• Assess and develop BIM competency; approve plans on behalf of the Client.
• Ensure BIM standards compliance and report risks with mitigations.
• Lead model assurance activities and chair BIM workgroups.
• Research new technology and improve in-house BIM standards.
• Support wider business with tender bidding teams.
